मसूरी मेरी जान (Part 1)

Day-1 स्वागत...











बलखाती सड़क
लेटी हरी घास में
काली नागिन
ख़ामोश!












अनंत विस्तार
स्थिर
मौन
नीरव
अपलक सन्नाटा.
कुछ ही पलों में
हो जाता हूँ
भारहीन
तरल
खोखला
अस्तित्वहीन.
चेतना वापस लाती है
कोई गतिमान तितली
या नन्ही पहाड़ी चिड़िया.
कितनी है सहज
समाधि यहाँ!














देवदार
ऊंचे गंभीर
असम्प्रक्त मौन
सदियों से ज्यों
योगी
समाधिस्थ!

    1. Thank you Akshay:) Dhanolti is in the upper regions of Mussoorie, and is said to be the second highest point there(some 7500ft), the highest being 'Lal Tibba'. I did not go there as the road was rough.

Thanks loadz Saru:) In fact my poems got distorted as perhaps I couldn't handle the updated version of blogspot, and they appeared jumbled-up as prose...without the line breaks where those were intended:( However, thanks for recognizing poetry even in that mass! I'll present them again in proper shape without the pics after this series for poetry lovers like you:)
