सुबह-1



रात भर के शोरीले  ताण्डव 
के परिप्रेक्ष्य में और भी वीरान लगती है 
दीवाली से अगले दिन की सुबह।

धुएँ  और कुहासे की 
मोटी चादर ओढ़े 
ख़ामोश, लाचार  देखती 
जैसे बीत गए 
बलात्कार के निशान।

बेशुमार आतिशबाज़ी से पैदा 
बेहिसाब चिन्दियाँ कागज़ की 
राख, डंडियाँ, खोल, रैपर्स, प्लास्टिक 
चारों ओर बर्बादी का मंजर :
बेख़बर सोये बेशर्म, उद्दण्ड व्यभिचारी !
