Nainital in Monsoon-1



ये धुंध नहीं 
बादल नहीं
बारिश नहीं
परमात्मा बरसता है..
लगाओ टकटकी
आसमान पर
खोल कर बंद 
दरवाज़े अपने दिल के
और तुम भर जाओगे,
जाओ शोर-ओ-गुल में
नज़रंदाज़ कर इसे
बाज़ार-ओ-दूकान के
और तुम ख़ाली रह जाओगे.





मेघ बरसता है
छतरियाँ रंगीन
दिल भी बरसता है
पर रंग कहाँ?





बारिश बहुत प्यारी
ख़ामोश बरस गयी
न टप-टप
न झर-झर
न शोर
न आडम्बर!

  3. Nainital is so beautiful and rain makes it more beautiful. I just love Nainital. You made me remember all the memories and the beautiful hill station.

    Nice pictures. And now I am feeling like going there again .. :(

  6. Nice shots and great lines....I have been to Nainital once and I had to spend a nite at the hospital , not me, one of my friends fell sick and had to get admitted ha ha...So that trip was unforgettable!
