..and Monsoon in Nainital-2

Grand Hotel
you are Grand!
not only in name
but in spirit as well.
Your grandeur reflects
not only in your age
of 150 years,
but in your ambience too.

I like that
you don’t allow
car-park and alcohol
on your premises,
it causes me
inconvenience though,
but I’m happy
you remain
unpolluted too!

Please preserve it
as long as you can
and save yourself
from the
selfish man.

People may think
you’re old fashioned
and out of date
but I love you
because
you don’t follow fashion
and ignore date!

  2. WOW... the very first is an amazing picture .. and of course the rest of them as well but I like the very first best :) - Fantastic how Mother Earth is playing with the weather differently around the world - some places more and other places less. You added to my blog "Star One" but I have many other blogs ;) where you might find most of mine is at my "Blogland Cirkel" (http://www.starone.dk/blogcirkel/) I will recommend you to go there and take a look ;) - Thanks for sharing these wonderful pictures

    1. Thank you Latha:)
People's favorite are summer and winter, but I find the crowds suffocating, hence prefer November or September:)

  31. I really liked your poem and the pictures are beautiful. Blessed with plush natural beauty and ancient temples, Nainital is a hill station that calms the senses. For tourists and travellers, there are various Nainital hotels offering great services.
