Beautifully composed Amitji, superb lines Who feeds on cartfuls of fodder? I thrive on a pearl on an ivory palm! How does poets united work, do they give a prompt?
It's such a beautiful poem Amit! All one needs is just one empathetic soul than the army of so-called friends. Personally,I'll have one pearl of a classic book rather than the whole fodder of the worldly relations and rhetorics.
One pearl is all I crave for....one good book, one good friend, one good thought, one true love, one honest smile....a beautiful poem Amit ji...and I don't know why but it reminded me of Blake's 'eternity in an hour'....
Sadly we become blind to beauty with an empty stomach.
