It took me hours at end on different days to be able to capture the unusual shades the way I wanted to.
The geography was secondary at those moments and the delicacy of the hue (lavender), and the boldness of the tone (crimson) were at the forefront. The pics were shot in Nainital and Rishikesh respectively.

It is very difficult to capture nature at its best. Kudos to you. I love the shot from Nanital...:)
