Translation:
Life

Did not reach the soil      leaving my roots thirsty
yes,  it rained once,  but barely sprayed the foliage.

My whole life though was tempests and hurricanes
but it ended due to smothering and want of some air.

This obscure philosophy  (life)  is      quite tedious  and  stark
poetry (imagination) even bitter and pale was throbbing at least.

My soul kept burning   throughout   like a fire in forest
yet the body was deprived of a mere flicker* when dead.

You will understand why the two pillars in the foreground are asymmetrical if you look at the shadows carefully.

JUNE

The jaundiced embryo of the moon
aborts into an ugly yolk
and drips drops whole night.

The cloud eyed fish
slither in sweltering slime of their sweat
and plonk into seething singe.

The ancient frayed brown jasmine
faints into faltering fissures
of dreamless dry eyes.

The gloomy grey glow-worms
wriggle without wings in webs
beneath withering Peepal leaves.

They say above distant oceans faraway
life will turn into vapour
and drench us someday..!
