I LOVE George. Was sad when he died in 2001.
Me too:(Thank you Roger:)
I of, course love all the Beatles but I felt George was the most spiritual and particularly after his visit to India, that sent him on a different road spiritually and mussically. His sitar playing was sublime and who can forget My sweet Lord and Something....Sometimes I could weep when I hear their music, poor George and Johnwere taken to their 'Lord' too soon,God Bless Amit,Best regards,Di,ABCW team.
Yes, he was an ardent fan of sitar maestro Pandit Ravishankar and performed with him..he was spiritually inclined and had on him an impact of Hinduism too..His young death was a jolt to all his fans..I share with you my love for The Beatles, Di, thank you:)
